- Tier 1: £69 covers diagnostics and Data transfer
- Tier 2: £109 covers all hardware services
Visit the Xpert Desk in any of our stores today to speak to one of our technicians. As an Apple Authorised Service Provider we offer full diagnostics using Apple tools, parts and software. Our Apple Certified Technicians perform all repairs in store or via Apple direct, so you can rest assured your machine is in safe hands. And as an Apple Authorised Service Provider, any in-warranty or AppleCare repairs will be handled free of charge. If you are not sure if your Mac is under warranty, a member of our Xpert Bar staff will be able to find out for you.
You can visit our concession in Selfridges, London anytime during store hours and speak to our staff. Your device will not be diagnosed immediately, we’ll book it in for you and our service team will contact you with the result. Please enquire about turnaround times in store.We can also provide a loan MacBook while yours is in for repair (conditions apply) for only £40.
